Jake Leeper

Grants Manager

Jake joined PHF in September 2019 as a Grants Manager, leading the Ideas and Pioneers Fund and overseeing our Tech for Good partnership with Comic Relief. Prior to joining PHF, Jake worked at the Centre for Youth Impact where he was responsible for the organisation’s communications and projects related to funders, including the development of the Enterprise Development Programme. Jake has also worked in a variety of roles at Student Hubs, Worthwhile and Hub Ventures, and is a former Co-Director of the UK Youth Climate Coalition.

To inform his work on the Ideas and Pioneers Fund, Jake draws on his experiences of being part of a team that grew a student charity into a national network and created a family of charities and social enterprises. Jake is passionate supporting others to achieve their social justice goals and understanding the structures and systems that prevent this from happening.
